Delicious! Very smooth, like dark chocolate with hints of bright floral and spicy notes. The most unusual Ethiopian coffee I've had so far.

First beans from fix. They are labelled as light/medium roast but seem slightly darker than discovery or RW. The natural flavor is dominant and I can't really pick out any other flavors. Need to try washed process next time.

Chocolatey, but also bright. Medium body. Lower strength than average, use 17.3. flavor was good at first, noticed a significant drop in flavor quality on July 31st, that's only 3 days before quality dropped. Crazy. Is this based on roasting date, or bag opened date?

Pretty good, nice body, smooth flavor. It's not hitting my preferred flavor notes. A bit more floral and bright than I prefer.

A bit different than other Ethiopian coffees I've tried. No bottom notes, less earthy, less body. More bright and nutty notes. Lower strength than average. It's not bad, but not what I was hoping for.

Much better on the third day, brewed in large press with 35g. Maybe the coffee needed more time to age after roasting, maybe it was the press. Sweeter with peach notes and more body. More floral notes coming through too.

Very strong natural flavor similar to Ethiopia, but the other flavors are not very nice. Perhaps some of the grape or orange notes which don't sound appealing in coffee.

Rich, chocolatey, smooth, full round body and mouth feel. Really good. Does not make good iced coffee.

Yummy. Very similar to Gigesa. Maybe a little more acidic. Nectarine or peachy flavor is definitely there.

Smooth, complex, flavorful. Produces a lot of fines, make sure to filter them out first. Beans have tons of chaff.
